Run away with us. We have created the perfect all inclusive elopement package in MN for couples like you! It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Each minnelopement is at a unique venue with a beautiful ceremony backdrop (sorry courthouses, you had your day!). We include an incredible officiant, professional photographer, personal flowers for the two of you, and more. It’s the world’s easiest way to wed. Show up with your marriage license and your closest family and friends (or not) and let us take care of the rest.

LAB Mpls
We are thrilled to be at LAB Mpls, a hidden gem adjacent to Loring Park, Minneapolis’ most photogenic alley and the best restaurants. This venue is the perfect spot for petite “I Do’s”.
Our minnelopement package is $2,195 and includes the venue, rentals, decor, officiant, photographer, champagne toast, sweet treats, and personal flowers for the couple. This 60-minute experience is for you two and up to eight guests (ten people total). You may add up to a dozen more guests at $60 each.

We are so excited to be at the historic De Groodt House again! Situated in downtown Excelsior, this charming venue boasts a magical wooded event space, picturesque home, ample free parking, and many quaint restaurants within walking distance.

Elopement FAQs
What actually is an elopement?
The smallest of the small weddings, an elopement is two people jetting off to get married with an officiant and maybe a photographer, often last minute and without family and friends knowing. Elopements don’t contain any aspects of a traditional wedding except a ceremony. Many couples elope to the courthouse for a civil ceremony or head to Vegas. However a lot of couples who are interested in eloping are really just looking for non-traditional small wedding ideas.
What does a minnelopement day look like?
You and your guests (if you are having any) will arrive at your selected time. We will take a few minutes to gather everyone and then go right in to the ceremony. After the ceremony we pop the bubbly and do a toast to you newlyweds! Feel free to toast or just drink up. Your minnelopement will conclude with a photo session and then we send you on your married way.
Can I add more guests?
YES! You may add up to 10 more guests for an additional $60 per person. We limit to 20 people total to keep with the spirit of an elopement.
What is a micro wedding then?
Micro weddings are the hottest new wedding trend. Often called tiny weddings, a micro wedding is a stripped-down version of a traditional wedding with 30 or fewer guests. Micro weddings typically last two to three hours, which is just long enough to have your ceremony followed by drinks and light bites, with some photos to mark the occasion. How do I book my minnelopement?
Reserving is easy, click “Reserve Now” above and select your time. You will e-sign the agreement, pay, and fill out a short form with more details. Then you are all set! We will be in touch two weeks prior with your final information but feel free to reach out at any time with questions, you can email Amy here.
What do we do after our minnelopement?
Anything you want! There are many great restaurants around for a post-wedding dinner. Or just go home and cozy up on the couch.
How do I get married legally?
In Minnesota you can get your marriage license in any county regardless of where your wedding is taking place. Applications need to be completed in person with both parties present. You need two witnesses over 17 years old to sign the license the day of the wedding. Our team will happily bear witness to your marriage if you are having a two person minnelopement.
What color will our flowers be?
The flowers, ceremony backdrop and rest of the decor will complement the venue.
